My son loved his cheese pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks. I liked my vegetarian pizza ok. I couldn't really taste the sauce. Oh well. They gained a new customer; my other son who ordered a meat lovers.
Low prices and delicious food. Always friendly and quick service. One of our kids favorite places to get takeout from.
I wrote a review earlier, but I want to write another one after a while they have been in business. Their stuff is SOOO good! My son tried several of their baked goods (let's say Monte Carlo helped him survive graduate school). For his graduation we had a chicken barbecue pizza. The crust is really Italian quality! The prices are reasonable and the people there are very friendly!
This was my first time trying this place and I will definitely be coming back. I got a large pepperoni pizza for about $13. Good pricing. The pizza was great but for my personal preference i felt it was too saucy. But besides that the pizza was great and service was fast. I ordered in person and only had to wait about seven minutes for it to be done. Good place
This place blesses all of west college area. Its close and open late. Best down town pizza and as cheap as canyon. The owner is funny which made my visits feel hometown. The 100 wings for $45 is awesome for at home wing nights with the roommates. If doing pick up, remember "eat your fries while you walk, they're best hot". -broke senior
I have been searching for YEARS in Centre County for a place that makes subs like the Italian pizza shop in my hometown. Everyone up here in State College uses the wrong kind of bread, or so I thought. Today I finally got around to ordering a sub from this place and it looked and tasted exactly like the subs I used to get all those years ago. This is now the only place I will be ordering subs from.
Ok. We live in both State College and New York City. We've been trying all the pizza places in State College and trying to find NYC style pizza and this place has hit the mark. Pizza sauce was zesty. Cheese was real and right ratio. Dough was thin but not to crunchy or too soggy. Great job!
No complaints. Literally not a single one. I eat here every Sunday and it absolutely erases the Sunday scaries. I couldn't imagine my life without Monte C's. I recommend the steak calzone. It's gas.
